Patrick Meidenbauer
Founder & Managing Director
Patrick Meidenbauer is the Founder and Managing Director of StrengthsInsights. With over a decade of consulting experience, Patrick’s mission is to help business leaders build stronger, more efficient organizations through thoughtful strategy, operational optimization, and leadership development.
Patrick began his consulting journey at Avalution Consulting, where he specialized in business analysis and developing risk strategies for large organizations. He played a pivotal role in designing and implementing a risk management process for a Fortune 500 company, earning the Business Continuity Institute’s Global Newcomer of the Year Award for his achievements.
Patrick then joined Deloitte’s Global Strategy & Innovation Team and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer. At Deloitte, he supported major strategic initiatives, driving technology integration and innovation across global businesses. He also became a certified Global Strengths Coach (Gallup), supporting both team and individual development.
In 2023, Patrick was selected to attend the Global One Young World Summit in Belfast, where he was recognized for his contributions to Deloitte’s technology strategy and his dedication to social impact initiatives.
Beyond his consulting work, Patrick is a passionate advocate for social responsibility. He co-leads nonprofit initiatives across three countries, managing diverse teams and launching new community programs. He currently serves as Vice President of the Mejor Via Foundation and sits on the Board of Mission Possible Dominican Republic.
Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics. To date, he has coached over 300 organizations and individuals and has consulted for more than 25 companies across various industries, helping them achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Patrick is a proud husband to his wife, Nicole, and loving husband to their daughter, Molly. Together, they share a deep commitment to giving back to communities in need and building meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
