Meet Our Founder, Patrick!
Patrick Meidenbauer is the Founder & Managing Director of StrengthsInsights.
Patrick started his career at Avalution Consulting, analyzing risks and developing risk strategies for large organizations. After designing and implementing a risk process for a Fortune 500 organization, Patrick received the Business Continuity Institute’s ‘Global Newcomer of the Year’ award.
Patrick then worked for Deloitte’s Global Strategy & Innovation Team and Deloitte’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer before starting StrengthsInsights. During his time at Deloitte, Patrick became a certified Global Strengths Coach (Gallup), supporting team & individual development. In 2023, he was selected to attend the Global One Young World Summit in Belfast for his contributions to Deloitte’s technology strategy & various social initiatives.
Patrick co-leads nonprofit initiatives in 3 countries, managing diverse employees & developing new initiatives. He is the VP of the Mejor Via Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors for Mission Possible Dominican Republic.
He has a Bachelor's in Marketing and a Master's in Business Analytics. Patrick has coached over 300+ organizations & individuals and consulted for 25+ organizations.
